Louis Gendron is an accomplished filmmaker whose credits include music videos, television, documentaries and feature films (see bio below). In the summer of 2008, just after his daughter was diagnosed with autism, Louis began to pour his energy into making a compilation CD – a collection of songs by various artists – aimed at supporting other parents, who, like himself, struggle to help their children experience life to the fullest.
In the middle of the project, Louis and a former high school friend, Mike Cusanelli, reconnected on Facebook after being out of contact for 20 years. The two met for lunch -- and what happened next is something no one expected. Read the Acoustic for Autism story...
